How to place an order
You may purchase either direct from Kinesis or from a Kinesis Reseller.
Kinesis offers a sixty day money-back guarantee on all product purchased direct from Kinesis. Kinesis resellers have the discretion
of offering this guarantee to their customers. Most resellers will extend to their customers either
all or a portion of this guarantee. However, please be sure to ask your reseller what their specific return policies are.
Order status
Kinesis ships in-stock product within two business days upon receipt of your order. Typically, if your order
is placed in the morning and it is in stock it will ship the next business day. Kinesis makes every attempt to have
sufficient inventory of all products. However when back orders do occur Kinesis will keep affected customers apprised
as to the estimated ship date of their order (back orders average approx. five business days).
When your product is shipped a tracking # will automatically be emailed to you. |

Product returns
All products purchased directly from Kinesis qualify for a 60 day money-back guarantee (except for chairs which have a 30 day money-back and a 35% restocking fee), excluding shipping/handling charges.
Note: To qualify for these terms, you must have purchased directly from Kinesis Corporation.
We encourage and support our resellers in providing similar terms. However, if you purchase from a reseller
it is your responsibility to confirm their return policy and you must deal directly with the reseller
when arranging for a return.
If you wish to return a product for a refund, please contact Kinesis Sales to obtain an RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorization) number and shipping instructions. Be prepared
to provide the model & serial number of the product, date of purchase, the invoice number
as well as the reason for the return of the product.
Please return products in their original packaging. For your protection we recommend that the product is
shipped in an insurable and trackable manner.
For repairs & upgrades please contact Technical Support for an RMA number.
Warranty Info
All Kinesis keyboards are sold with a two year limited warranty.
All Kinesis non-keyboard products are sold with a one year Kinesis warranty
unless otherwise noted in writing. In some cases (noted on the product's individual
web page) the original manufacturer may offer a significantly longer warranty.
Kinesis Ultima and Neutral Posture Chairs
Labor for replacement of warranty parts will be the responsibility of Kinesis within 90 days of receipt. The customer will assume responsibility of labor for warranty parts after 90 days.
