Privacy Policy

Kinesis is committed to protecting your data. We promise to only collect data lawfully, fairly, and transparently. Data will be collected and stored for a specified time and legitimate purpose, and processed in a way that ensures the appropriate level of security for that data. This page discloses the privacy practices for Kinesis Corporation, Inc. which applies to all information collected by Kinesis.

INFORMATION COLLECTION, USE, AND SHARING

Kinesis collects and stores certain information submitted to us by customers or prospective customers necessary to fulfill an order or provide a quotation. Kinesis collects individual names, company names, phone numbers, email addresses, shipping addresses and billing addresses. Customer information is stored in our secure database after the transaction for the purposes of providing technical support and determining warranty coverage as well as facilitate follow up orders. When you make a purchase on our online store, your credit card information is securely transmitted to our payment processor Authorize.net who processes your payment and conducts an anti-fraud check. Kinesis never gains access to your credit card number and Authorize.net deletes the credit card number after short period of time. If your payment information does not satisfy Authorize.net’s criteria, the payment request is declined.

Information and correspondence submitted to Kinesis for technical support and troubleshooting is collected and stored to enhance future service interactions.

Customers may opt in to our newsletter by submitting their email address to Kinesis. Email addresses are stored in a secure 3rd party database. Kinesis will periodically send out newsletters to customers to announce new products, provide relevant information about Kinesis, or offer promotions.

Prospective business partners may submit certain personal and/or business information for purposes of soliciting a partnership with Kinesis. Kinesis agrees to only use this information for the purposes of evaluating the proposed business relationship.

Customers may elect to provide a testimonial for a Kinesis product by submitting an online form. By submitting the form, the customer agrees to have any information submitted published on the Kinesis website.

Kinesis is the sole owner of all information collected. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us and we will only use the information for the specific purpose for which it was given. We will not sell, rent or share this information to anyone other than to fulfill your request (e.g., providing shipping information to a carrier or payment information to a payment processor).
